This logo is from a youtube channel called LMES ( let's make education simple) this channel is popular for making videos that help us understand the concepts easily. What i have done here is i have made a semi circle. I used the circle loop that used to make circle. I made it into half for the face part. After that a straight line for the cap part. Next i have made a small semi circle for the cap's uppers part.
For the eyes i have used goto function for moving to a point in which i can draw an eye. After going i have made the turtle width bigger for the eye part. For the mouth i have used the semi circle again.
